In this video, Robert John Hadfield takes apart a Donny Osmond - Eyes Don't Lie promotional cassette tape, sharing both technical insights and personal stories. Robert recalls how Donny and Marie Osmond were global superstars when he was a kid and shares his experience meeting Marie Osmond at his recording studio. He also gives a fascinating backstory on Donny Osmond's comeback in 1989 with Soldier of Love, explaining how the album was initially released without revealing Donny's identity due to his name's "poisonous" reputation at the time.

He also shares how his company, Audiomover, digitizes old tapes for clients across the country, though they do not digitize copyrighted materials like this Donny Osmond tape.
